ACM Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Program Forms Upload

In order to receive the $400 stipend for participating in the ACM Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Program, please use this secure electronic form to submit your completed ACH authorization form and IRS Form W-9. Blank versions of the forms have been shared with you via email. Please submit these items by November 27, 2024. ACM plans to issue the stipend payments via ACH on December 5 and December 12, 2024. Due to the timeline of the grant that is funding these stipends, ACM must receive your payment information prior to the final payment date in order to issue your stipend.
