Emily is the Program Associate for Botswana, Chicago Programs, Newberry Seminar in the Humanities, Oak Ridge Science Semester, and Tanzania.  She graduated from Beloit College in 2004 with a B.A. in Sociology.  During her junior year, Emily participated in the ACM Urban Studies program where she lived in Hyde Park and interned at Alternatives, Inc. with the Restorative Justice division.

Since graduating from college, Emily has lived and worked in Australia and New Zealand. She has traveled to England, Fiji, Hungary, India, Peru, and Thailand.  Prior to joining ACM, Emily worked in fund development and registration at a camp for inner-city youth and foster children from Chicago.  Her passions include traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
