Engaging the Community of ACM Mathematicians

July 25, 2017 @ 12:00 am - July 26, 2017 @ 12:00 am CDT

The two-day workshop, Engaging the Community of ACM Mathematicians, will focus on how departments can address contemporary problems within the framework of the recommendations contained in the updated 2015 Mathematical Association of America (MAA) CUPM Undergraduate Curriculum Guide and other relevant documents.

Funding for this project from a Faculty Career Enhancement Program (FaCE) grant will cover all reasonable travel expenses associated with the participation of two representatives from mathematics departments in each of the 14 ACM colleges, designated by their department chair to attend.

For more information about the workshop, contact Andrew Leahy, Associate Professor of Mathematics, Knox College.
