The downtown-Chicago-based Knox staffers are Joshua Ferchau, Director of International Student Services and Admission; and Antonio Rodriguez, Assistant Director of Admission.
“For probably most if not all of the ACM member colleges, Chicago is a major recruitment market for students,” Ferchau said. The shared space offers a central location in the city where Knox can receive students, parents, counselors and teachers.
“Even though we’re working with totally different student populations, Antonio and I are still able to be collaborative,” he said. On October 23, for example, Ferchau joined Rodriguez at the Chicago Scholars Onsite Admissions Forum 2018 at McCormick Place to interview prospective students.
Additional space is available should other member colleges wish to investigate the possibility of establishing a Chicago office.
“We would welcome other campus colleagues to work out of the ACM office,” said Betsy Hutula, ACM’s Chief of Staff.
