“This is the last photo my roommate, Mackenzie Lang, and I took with our host mom, Orsola before the program ended. It’s in the kitchen right by the table where we spent most of our time with our host family. Most of dinners included lots of laughs. The drawing in the background is a sketch Mackenzie made for Orsola from a picture of her and her son. Orsola and her son really did become our Italian family.”
