Dr. Lynn Murray-Chandler joined the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) as Vice President for Programs and Professional Development in 2025. In this role, she leads the design and implementation of collaborative initiatives that strengthen the 14 ACM member institutions and advance their shared commitment to excellence in liberal arts education. She oversees a broad portfolio of professional development programs, grant-funded projects, and multi-campus collaborations to promote student success and institutional innovation.
Lynn brings over two decades of leadership experience in liberal arts education, institutional effectiveness, and faculty and staff development. Most recently, she served as Assistant Provost and Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Assessment, and Learning at Clark University, where she led strategic efforts to enhance student learning, improve institutional assessment practices, and support inclusive teaching. Lynn has also served in senior leadership roles at Southern New Hampshire University and Franklin Pierce University, where she founded centers for project-based learning, led student success initiatives, and secured nearly $2 million in external grant funding.
A graduate of the HERS Leadership Institute, Lynn has designed and facilitated leadership development programs for faculty and staff. She holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
