Michael joined ACM in 2018 and currently serves as Assistant Program Manager. In his role, Michael coordinates programs and facilitates collaborations that support students, faculty, and staff throughout the consortium. These projects include the Foreign Policy in Practice Series with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Nick Adams Short Story Contest, and the development of new programs and initiatives. Michael is also the contact for ACM consortial groups including off-campus study, international student services, Title IX coordinators, career services, alumni relations, and annual giving.
Michael earned a B.A. from Lawrence University, where he completed a major in Spanish and minors in French and Teaching ESL, as well as an M.A. in Higher Education Leadership from North Central College. While an undergraduate at Lawrence, he gained experience in off-campus study administration, international student services, tutoring, and mentoring. Prior to joining the ACM, Michael interned for The Education Abroad Network.
