This talk introduces some new ways in which colleges and universities can use an Equity Literacy framework to assess equity and inclusion initiatives, and to better ensure programs and policies are implemented in ways that strengthen the institution’s diversity efforts.

This 90 minute Equity Literacy Talk is a part of the Undergraduate and Faculty Fellows Program for a Diverse Professoriate. Please plan to register for this program that will be live streamed from the ACM, and follow along from your office or home. Watch Professor Gorski introduce a new framework for assessing equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives at your college. There will be an interactive Q & A portion at the end of the session and you will be invited to submit questions electronically.
