The large Landrover was named Sally, and she took us through the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. On safari in northern Botswana, students learned more about the importance of tourism to national development and the issues involving land rights. And yet, mostly it was about being out in a wilderness area with an abundance of beautiful wild animals.
