“I took this photo in Manuel Antonio National Park, on the beach after my friends came in from surfing. On the left is Renee, who is an experienced surfer, and she was teaching Ana, who had never been surfing before. The lesson was pretty successful, and I had them pose for this picture as they were coming in, because they looked so happy and satisfied.”
