Zoey Slater of St. Cloud was one of two students to earn top honors in the 2014 Associated Colleges of the Midwest Nick Adams Short Story Contest for her story, “The Fawn.” She attends St. Olaf College and is a graduate of St. John’s Preparatory School in Collegeville, MN.
