We’re excited about our newly configured ACM Chicago Programs!
The Directors of the three ACM Chicago Programs
The start of the new semester saw our three programs — Chicago Arts, Business, Entrepreneurship, & Society, and Urban Studies — joining together in new space at 177 N. State Street, in the heart of Chicago’s Loop.
Just north of the landmark Chicago Theatre — the “C” out our window! — and steps away from the CTA’s Red and Green Lines, our new space on the 7th floor of the historic Page Brothers Building offers ACM students a launching point for exploring Chicago’s rich mixture of art, commerce, politics, and urban life.
Mary Scott-Boria (r), Director of Urban Studies since 2001, joins with new colleagues David Amrein (l), Director of Chicago Arts, and Robyne Hart, Director of Business, Entrepreneurship, & Society to produce an exciting blend of substantive academic experiences, including seminars in each area, a unified Chicago Core course that explores the city through a liberal-arts lens, internships, and independent projects.
