Tasting coffee at the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Llano Bonito, located in the mountains of Tarrazu, in Costa Rica. All of the coffee produced at this cooperative is grown by local farmers with small plantations less than 2 hectares in size. Over 500 families of these small coffee producers benefit from the work of this local cooperative.
